Thank you for your interest in my gun safety and firearms education Web site.  This site has been changed many times because of your support, comments and questions.  My long term goal is to make this Web site, the place to go for an unofficial course in firearms education.

Use the feedback form to ask a question, add a link to the Links Page, add a gun safety comment, tell a story or  tell me how to improve this Web Site.

You can even use this form to curse at me, if that is what you want to do.

Please be warned, if you are one of the few people who choose to send me negative feedback, I will post it with my comments.

I want to know what you think.

"I found the photo absurd and a total put down of a religious order.  I can't believe that anyone would use such a "spoof" as a way of getting your point across.  Hopefully you'll have the good taste to remove this photo from your site."

"Nuns don't carry guns, theirs is a vocation of love, charity and kindness.  I'm not on the fence about guns; I own 2 but I find your organization full of distortions and silly innuendoes."

{Webmaster's Note: The above feedback is in reference to the photo of the nuns that I have on my Web site}  Click Here for the photo.

( The nuns in this photo look quite proud of being competitive shooters.  There is nothing about firearm ownership that conflicts with the qualities and character of being a nun, therefore the photo stays.  As for the distortions and silly innuendos, I find nothing silly about the systematic destruction of the level of freedom originally intended by the framers of the Constitution.)

"you should know, if you reread the 2nd amendment, that it refers to a 'well regulated militia', i.e. the Nat'l Guard. it does not guarantee private ownership of Mac10s, Uzis, Rugers, S & W, shotguns, pistols, or any other form of firearm. the intent has to be judged on the basis of it having been written in the 18th century, when there wer [SIC] less people on this entire continent than presently live in NYC. please expend as much effort into something truly impotant, [SIC] and not so self-serving, like starving children or world peace. the [SIC] 2nd amendment argument is growing a little long in the tooth."

Webmaster's Note:  I love it when people who obviously have no knowledge of American history try to tell me what the 2nd Amendment means.  Absolutely hysterical!!  As if something like population growth can change the Constitution or even should do so.  Instead of going into a long and drawn out tearing apart of this negative feedback, I'll let James Madison do it for me.

My Response

Dear (Name Withheld),

Thank you for visiting my Web site and thank you for your very thoughtful comments.

I read your comments and took them to heart, now please give me the same consideration and read what I have to say.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

I hope you read this entire E-mail and not just delete it.

Our Forefathers indeed could not have foreseen the fact that news can get around the world in about 4 seconds...does that mean that the First Amendment needs changing?  No?  Then the Second Amendment does not need changing either.

To get a better idea where the Founding Fathers were thinking,
PLEASE READ THE QUOTES http://www.savetheguns.com/quotes.htm

You asked me to re-read the Second Amendment.  Let me say that there are not many people in the United States who have argued the meaning of the Second Amendment much more than I.

As far as the Second Amendment goes, here it is...

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

The "...well regulated..." part of this Amendment does not mean regulation by legislative action.  It means that the Militia should be well trained and able to carry out their tasks efficiently.

The "...Militia..." part of the Second Amendment is where a lot of people get confused, including the press.  The Militia in 1792 consisted of "all able-bodied males between the ages of 18 and 45 years old."

"...the people..." part of the Second Amendment does indeed refer to the general population.  The term "The People" has been referred to in many of the founding documents of this country and nowhere does it mean anything other than the general population of the United States.

Note:  The fact that our country has seen an explosion in population and technology since the 1780's has no bearing on the original intention of the Second Amendment.

The Militia is part of Anglo-Saxon Common Law and has been around for more than 800 years.  The Militia concept is not something new to civilized society.

The Militia Act of 1903 separated the Militia into the Organized Militia (National Guard) and the Reserve Militia (General population capable of bearing arms).  There was also the National Defense Act of 1916 and another Militia related act passed in 1933.  NONE of these acts passed by Congress has the power to change the original meaning of the Second Amendment.  Furthermore, none of these Militia related acts passed by Congress limited the right to keep and bear arms to the Reserve Militia otherwise known as the people.

The Bill of Rights is a list of pre-existing rights that are enumerated in the first ten amendments to the United States Constitution that are off limits to the government.

In the Constitution, "Rights" are enumerated to the people and "Powers" are enumerated to the governments.

In fact the ONLY right in the Bill of Rights that even mentions government powers is the 10th Amendment.

In order for the United States Justice Department's redefinition of the word Militia in regards to the Second Amendment to hold any water, there MUST be a Constitutional Convention held to change the reading of the Second Amendment to reflect the new meaning of the word Militia.

Stronger and more onerous laws regulating the possession and sale of firearms would do absolutely nothing to deter the violent felon or the passion related crime.  Only lawful and upstanding gun owners obey gun control laws.  I cannot for the life of me comprehend why some people refuse to understand this one very simple fact.  A criminal is a criminal because they disobey the law.

There are currently more than 21,000 laws in the United States that regulate firearm possession, purchase and transfer.  There has been national gun control legislation since the National Firearms Act of 1934 which virtually banned private ownership of machine guns and silencers.  However, some machine guns and silencers are still used in crime.

Every action that a criminal can take with a firearm has been covered over and over and over again.  85% of violent crime in the United States is perpetrated by only 7% of the criminal population.  Therefore, if the most violent 7% segment of the criminals were simply kept in prison, violent crime would DECREASE BY 85%.

Why are some banned firearms still used in criminal
activity?

Simply because those individuals who are willing or inclined to commit murder do not concern themselves with gun control laws.  They don't concern themselves with obtaining a handgun permit.  They don't even bother going to a sporting goods store to get their guns, they obtain them through illegal channels of commerce, such as the drug trade and through burglaries.

It is very important to note a few statistical facts at this point and I wish to thank you for sticking with me here.

99.8% OF ALL FIREARMS WILL NOT BE USED IN CRIME THIS YEAR.

99.6% OF ALL HANDGUNS WILL NOT BE USED IN CRIME THIS YEAR.

85% of convicted felons said they did not commit a specific crime because they thought the victim was armed.

Many people who are against the original intention and meaning of the Second Amendment have learned all about firearms and the right to keep and bear arms from the newspapers and from television and movies.  Please let me take you on a small tour filled with the truth and only the truth on this issue.

The first gun was invented around the year 1326 to 1328.  Guns have been a vital part of human society for more than 670 years.

The semi-automatic rifle and pistol are not new and dangerous inventions.  They were invented in 1890 and 1895 respectively.

The accidental death rate for firearms is at an all-time low.  Only 142 people died last year from gun related accidents.  My Web site has concentrated on gun safety as one of its primary concerns.  And I am happy to say my Web site has played a part in reducing the accidental deaths related to firearms.  It is now at a rate of 0.3 per 100,000 people.

www.savetheguns.com has received over 250,000 hits from 30 countries from all over the world.

In the United States there are 68448 defensive uses of firearms each day.  That works out to 2852 defensive uses of firearms every hour.  People from all walks of life have used firearms to protect their homes, families and businesses from crime.  Defensive uses of firearms have risen to the tune of 2.5 million times a year.  In 93.3% of these defensive gun uses, the gun is never fired.  Simply the armed Citizen showing a firearm and showing the will to use it in defense stops crime in 14 of 15 instances.

Negative Feedback #3

Marc,
The question regarding medically caused deaths is completely useless in the argument for firearms as a vastly larger number of people undergo medical procedures than even touch firearms and therefore, simply by the law of chance more people would surely die from mistakes.  I find your homepage has disturbing lack of alternative self-defense techniques and that you automatically resort to guns as a solution for any trespass upon your personal boundaries.

I fail to understand the fixation that Americans have with guns.  The excuses fired off from the N.R.A. and its supporters are based in a time and a world 150 years in the past where guns had a slightly more immediate use.  Have you ever wondered why most countries do not see their children stride into their schools carrying firearms, and yet it is almost a weekly occurrence in America.

Perhaps I have opened your mind with these arguments, if not however I wish you a safe and healthy life far from any dangers which might cause you to resort to using a firearm on anyone.

And My Response

Dear (Name Withheld),

I put the medical mistakes question in there because the medical industry is one of the first groups to trumpet loudly about firearms related accidents, when they are currently, the LOWEST they have ever been.

You said: "vastly larger number of people undergo medical procedures than even touch firearms..."

This argument holds no water.  Our best estimate is that 74 million (74,000,000) American Citizens own firearms.  Approximately 50% of every home in America contains at least one firearm.  I certainly hope that a "vastly larger" number of people are not undergoing medical procedures.

As far as the lack of "alternative self-defense techniques" goes.  What would you propose to use to save the lives of your friends or family if a violent habitual offender strung out on crack, comes crashing through your back door?  A whistle perhaps?  The phone line that he already cut?
Owning and using a firearm for self-defense is a very personal matter.  Firearm ownership and the commensurate responsibility that goes right along with it, is not for everyone.
As far as "alternative self-defense techniques", I did mention non-lethal devices.  However, these non-lethal devices are simply something that would allow the potential victim time to escape.  And that is it.  If some creep is focused on murder, and murder alone, there is NOTHING more effective than a lawfully owned firearm, properly used.
In about 93% of the time according to the F.B.I., the perpetrator will retreat from an armed and determined homeowner. That means in 14 of 15 instances, the gun is NEVER FIRED.
Seriously speaking, the firearm has been around for 675 years.  Invented in 1325.  It has all of a sudden become as common in school as a plastic ruler?  I think not.
There has been a few tragic circumstances where a handful of kids decided it would be fun to shoot their classmates.  These tragic events were so thoroughly covered by the press, that they made it seem to be a national epidemic that can only be fixed by eradicating the Second Amendment.
These "school children" in most cases were socially deviant psychopaths and undiagnosed mental cases, who were abused and ignored by uncaring parents.  THESE WERE NOT COMMON SCHOOL CHILDREN.
The real fact is that children that have been killed while in school is lower now than it was many, many years ago.
As far as the Second Amendment being outdated, in your "based in a time and a world 150 years in the past..." comment... the Second Amendment is no more outdated because of the changes in technology, or social changes, than the First Amendment is outdated, because news can get around the world in a few seconds.

There is nothing in the Second Amendment about hunting.  The Second Amendment, believe it or not was primarily crafted to protect the people from a central government run amok.

Thank you for your comments and your time.  I too wish you a safe and healthy life far away from the dangers that lurk around the next corner due to a "revolving door" Justice System.  My sincere wish for you and your family and friends is that you will never be put in a situation where you wished you had a firearm available.

Thanks,

What part of "...shall not be infringed." don't they understand?

Negative Feedback #4

"Add Smith and Wesson to your list of manufactors.  Let the comsumer deside if they want to boycott the company."

Webmaster's Note:  Links to Smith & Wesson have been restored since the company was sold and its focus changed.  I even visited the factory myself, soon after their .50 caliber revolver was introduced.

My Response

We have taken off all links to the Smith & Wesson company because they have behaved like traitors in their dealings with the anti-Second Amendment factions in our nation's government.

What would have happened to the conditions of the American Colonies in the late 18th century, if Samuel Adams, John Hancock, Patrick Henry and George Washington had made compromises with the King of England?

In making a "deal" with the Clinton Administration's anti-Second Amendment factions, Smith & Wesson has held the sacrifices of our forefathers in contempt and have diminished our Bill Of Rights by accepting some of the blame for the immoral, uncivil and illegal actions of violent criminals.

In forging this deal with the Clinton Administration and the other 29 U.S. cities, Smith & Wesson has held the dollar as being more important than freedom.  They have considered their bottom line profit as being more crucial to their conduct than the liberty of Americans and the other firearm manufacturers.

Smith & Wesson as you may know, is one of the few American gun manufacturers that is owned by a foreign conglomerate.  Most of the American firearm manufacturers are small family owned companies that consist of just three hundred (300) employees or less.

We believe that Smith & Wesson has abandoned these much smaller (and more courageous) gun manufacturers in favor of saving their own butt.

Abandoning American gun owners, fellow manufacturers and the Second Amendment is such a debasing, selfish and deplorable action, that we have removed all links to Smith & Wesson, until such time that they apologize to America for their self-indulgent and materialistic actions.

Since we don't foresee such a public admission of wrongdoing by Smith & Wesson, we will continue to support the boycott, by not even providing a single link.

I apologize for any inconvenience, but just as Samuel Adams did not make a compromise with Massachusetts Provincial Governor Thomas Gage in the mid-1770's, neither will I make a compromise by supporting Smith & Wesson.

Negative Feedback #5

"I hate guns.  I think that they kill and they shouldn't be around, and we should ban guns!!"

Webmaster's Note:  This sounds like it could have been a child's feedback, but then again, most people who say they "hate guns" usually act like children anyway, so who knows.

My Response

Dear Visitor,

So you say you "hate" firearms.  Well, I have learned in my sixteen (16) years of being a Certified Basic Firearm Education Instructor, that people who say they "hate" firearms are really saying that they don't know a single thing about them and they are afraid of them.

Being afraid of the unknown is a completely natural phenomenon and you should not be ashamed about your fear of guns.

Fear of the unknown is part of our human nature.  It is one of the things that has perpetuated the human race.

However, as adventurous as we humans are, some people have challenged the unknown and it has many advantages.

Firearms were invented about one hundred sixty six (166) years BEFORE Christopher Columbus discovered America.

When guns were invented, the entire planet thought the world was flat and that one could simply sail off the edge of the world and float away.

I think it is about time that people realize that there is nothing to fear about guns.  Guns have been around for about 676 years.  After 676 years, don't you think we humans should have overcome this irrational fear by now???

As far as you saying that "...guns kill...", that statement does not make any sense and is a thoroughly illogical assertion.

Just yesterday in a neighboring town, a 17 year old punk stabbed a teacher in school and killed him.  Did the knife kill the teacher, or could it have been the undisciplined, seditious monster of a kid that did it?

A few years ago, some homeless people started a fire in an old warehouse where more than a half-dozen firefighters were killed.  Did the matches kill?  Or was it the brainless, thoughtless and careless deeds of ignorant transients?

99.8% of all firearms owned in the United States are not used in any crime in any given year.

Firearms are used for self-defense 302X more than to commit murder with.

Let me leave you with a quote:

"Quemadmoeum gladis nemeinum occidit,
occidentis telum _est" ("A sword is never a killer, it's a tool in the killer's hands")

Lucius Annaeus Seneca "the younger" ca. (4 BC - 65 AD)

As a law of physics, the attacker always has the initiative. If you are carrying a gun, the criminals will likely regard this, so they'll likely be armed too! Who's going to be more ready for the first shot, a frightened little bitch who has to cling onto their petty firearm for their own salvation, or a hardened thug? What if a stranger lunges at you from a corner with his pistol drawn and demands you to give you his wallet? If he notices you're armed, chances are that you're shit out of luck. So it might lower some methods of crime, yes. But chances are that accidental shootings and white collared massacres will go up.  By making deadly weapons more valuble to the general public, the government is merely adding fuel to the fire. You'll see what I mean five years from now when gun ownership percentages increase.
Go ahead and threaten to shoot me, I'm not the one who's afraid to die.

My Response

Dear Visitor,

Let's take your anti-self defense attitude one piece at a time, since you had so many ridiculous points to make, it would make it easier to break it up.

First you said, that the attacker always has the initiative.  I am not certain what you intended to convey, but if you were trying to say that an aggressor usually attacks first, without asking permission, I would have to agree with you, but that is where we part ways.

Next you said, "If you are carrying a gun, the criminals will likely regard this, so they'll likely be armed too!"

This of course is an illogical and absurd statement, uttered by someone without much control of the English language.

If an intended victim, is carrying a concealed firearm, the criminal is going to automatically know this and then arm himself???  What the heck are you talking about guy???

Next you said "Who's going to be more ready for the first shot, a frightened little bitch who has to cling onto their petty firearm for their own salvation, or a hardened thug?"

I don't think I would have said it quite like that, but a vicious and hardened street thug will have chosen beforehand what to do if he encounters resistance.  As far as a "...petty firearm..." goes, I am not one who would want to encounter a properly armed victim with a .38 special or .357 magnum.  Most women who have chosen to carry a firearm choose one of these two cartridges and the 9mm is a close second place.  I find it very difficult to call that scenario "...petty..."

"What if a stranger lunges at you from a corner with his pistol drawn and demands you to give you his wallet?"

I don't want to confuse you with the facts, guy, but well known statistics from the Bureau of Justice Statistics, the F.B.I. Uniform Crime Report and others state unequivocally that it is safer for an individual to resist a violent attack than to totally comply.  This is well known to all self-defense instructors whether armed or in some form of Martial Arts.

Giving in to the uncivil, illegal and immoral demands of common street vermin in precisely why crime has risen over the last 100 years.  If every potential victim resisted attempted violent acts, random violent acts would cease to exist.

There was a study done of thousands of federal inmates and it found that over 80% of convicted felons feared an armed victim much more than being caught by a member of law enforcement.  Mostly because law enforcement has a duty to bring in the felon unhurt if possible and the armed victim has no such limitations.

"If he notices you're armed, chances are that you're s--- out of luck."

I really don't see that logic in this part of your asinine statement.

The facts are that if the assaulted victim has already pulled a concealed firearm, 93% of the time, the violent thug will abandon his foolish act and hightail it away from that armed victim as fast as his feet will carry him, usually dropping anything he has in his hands and evacuating his bowels all at the same time.

"But chances are that accidental shootings and white collared massacres will go up."

Accidental discharges are at an all-time low and firearm ownership is at an all-time high.  Wrong again!!!!

There have been 16 new lows in accidental death set in the last 19 years.  More kids choke on pencils and drown in buckets of water than die from an accidental discharge.

You should really check your facts first before you e-mail a pro-gun Web site again.

As far as "...white collared massacres..." goes, what in God's Holy Name is a white collared massacre?

As far as the latest spat of workplace shootings go, they are usually perpetrated by the mentally ill and have no relationship whatsoever to the subject at hand, which is concealed carry by women.

Anyway, if more people were carrying concealed firearms, mentally ill co-workers would be shot before they got very far.

"By making deadly weapons more valuble to the general public, the government is merely adding fuel to the fire. You'll see what I mean five years from now when gun ownership percentages increase."

This part of your ludicrous insinuation is truly a beauty!!!

How is the government making deadly weapons more valuable to the public?

If you are speaking about the 33 U.S. States that have adopted concealed carry laws, you have been sadly misinformed by someone.

In every single case where concealed carry laws have been adopted, violent crime committed with firearms has fallen.  Did you get that?  When more potential victims carry concealed firearms for protection, violent crime and especially random violent crime has fallen, sometimes dramatically.

"Go ahead and threaten to shoot me, I'm not the one who's afraid to die."

I am glad you are not afraid to die, it is a true American quality.  It shows bravery in the face of adversity.  That statement shows courage and fortitude.

Sounds like you should learn more about carrying a firearm for self defense...

I do not know where to begin.  You think just because you are a firearm instructor makes you someone who knows everything and what is right and what isn't. you say accidental deaths have gone down 90 somethin percent and that might be true, BUT if you look at the stats of deaths caused by firearms they have gone up dramatically and they are NOT accidental. And is it realy good that more people have killed in self defense than in commiting crime?? wheather it is self defense or crime those are both unlawful acts and there is no reason for ANYONE to have a gun besides for military use. NO criminals with guns means "lawful" citizens do not need guns. you dont feel safe still? get a knife not a gun!  Bush is also the stupidest president we have ever had.

Webmaster's Note:  Spelling and grammar are left intact.  This response will be fun.

My Response

Dear Visitor,

We have something in common.  I don't know where to begin either.  First, let's start off by saying that there was a space for your name and e-mail address.  But you didn't bother leaving one.  Just like with most people who feel the way you do, you probably didn't want to hear the truth.  But, I decided that I would post your comments and my response anyway.

I never said that I know the difference between right and wrong because I am a Basic Firearm Education Instructor.  I know the difference between right and wrong because I am a Bible reading, church attending, morally upstanding and level-headed individual.

Yes, accidental deaths regarding firearms are down over 90% since their all-time high and down more than 58% since 1990.  I wouldn't have said it if I wasn't right.  You see, I think before I act or say anything.

You said:

"BUT if you look at the stats of deaths caused by firearms they have gone up dramatically and they are NOT accidental"

I don't know where you have thoroughly investigated your statistics, but murders where firearms were used is down dramatically and violent crime in general is currently sitting at near thirty (30) year lows.  Oh, wait a minute, I'll bet you never thoroughly investigated the statistics in the first place, ok then, nevermind my last comment...

You said:

"And is it realy good that more people have killed in self defense than in commiting crime?? wheather it is self defense or crime those are both unlawful acts and there is no reason for ANYONE to have a gun besides for military use."

It is indeed a positive statistic that more people are killing in self-defense today than ever before.  It is one of the major reasons why violent crime is at an all-time low.  I don't know how to say this last comment without sounding a bit derogative and I'm sorry...

Hey dimwit, self-defense is a human right in case you haven't looked at the official listing of human rights lately.  If someone is able to properly and lawfully defend themselves, their family or their businesses from a vicious criminal attack and the assailant dies as a result, that is not, nor has it ever been considered an unlawful act.

For your information, countries where only the military have the firearms are called dictatorships.  If you looked closely at the countries where only the military has firearms, you would see hundreds of thousands of deaths committed by government forces against their own people.  Look at the Sudan, China, Ghana and dozens of others.  How about the disarmed Jewish people in Poland and Germany of the 1930's and 1940's.  How safe was it for them when only the military had firearms?

You say that there is no reason for ANYONE to have a gun except for military use.  Again, I say that you are wrong.

You said:

"get a knife not a gun!"

Are you trying to say that if I choose to defend my life, the lives of my kids and my wife or even my businesses, that I should go back almost over seven hundred years of industrial development, back to the times of the High Middle Ages of the later 1300's and only defend myself with a blade, while my assailant, rapist, burglar or murderer can use what he wants??  How old are you and what is the level of education you have acquired?

You said:

"NO criminals with guns means "lawful" citizens do not need guns."

Hahahaha, heeheehehehe, forgive me for having a laugh at your expense.  How do you propose to remove the guns from the hands of violent criminals who obey no law at all.  Violent criminals don't obey the most basic of laws, like thou shalt not kill, found in the Ten Commandments.  How do you plan on getting the violent criminal population to obey your ignorant mandates about no criminals having guns?????  For your future notice, criminals cannot legally own firearms, or are you too ignorant to realize that criminals are such, because they disobey the law.

You said:

"Bush is also the stupidest president we have ever had."

Judging by your comments, grammar, spelling, illogical reasoning and nonsensical gibberish, you are not qualified to make this assertion.  In fact, if you are more than 18 years old, it disturbs me greatly that you are legally allowed to vote for public office.  Hopefully the rest of the nation isn't so dimwitted to vote in John Forbes Kerry.  Which will be your only other choice by the way.

The proof...

Let me prove your comments wrong.  This is not just the opinion of the owner of www.SaveTheGuns.com, but this is the opinion of a host of more important people.  Please allow me to quote.  If you don't want to hear the truth, you should leave now...

"I hope, therefore, a bill of rights will be formed to guard the people against the Federal government as they are already guarded against their State governments, in most instances."
Thomas Jefferson to James Madison, 1788. ME 7:98

"A free people ought not only to be armed and disciplined, but they should have sufficient arms and ammunition to maintain a status of independence from any who might attempt to abuse them, which would include their own government."
George Washington

"The right of self-defense is the first law of nature; in most governments it has been the study of rulers to confine this right within the narrowest limits possible. Wherever standing armies are kept up, and when the right of the people to keep and bear arms is, under any color or pretext whatsoever, prohibited, liberty, if not already annihilated, is on the brink of destruction."
Blackstone's 1768 "Commentaries on the Laws of England"

"As civil rulers, not having their duty to the people duly before them, may attempt to tyrannize, and as the military forces which must be occasionally raised to defend our country, might pervert their power to the injury of their fellow citizens, the people are confirmed by the next article in their right to keep and bear their private arms."
Tench Coxe, June 18, 1789

"The right of a citizen to keep and bear arms has justly been considered the palladium of the liberties of the republic, since it offers a strong moral check against the usurpation and arbitrary power of rulers, and will generally, even if these are successful in the first instance, enable the people to resist and triumph over them."
Joseph Story, United States Supreme Court Justice, 1833

I could really go on quoting for another couple of screen-lengths, but they are already on my "Quotes" page.  I don't want to waste the time of more intelligent readers who would have gone to the page of quotes before they challenged a pro-gun Web site with a tirade of nonsense and thoughtless conjecture.

Oh, by the way, I am truly sorry and I sincerely apologize for using the terms "dimwit" and "ignorant", I just saw John Kerry candidate for President in 2004 on television and I got mad thinking he could be the leader of the free world in a few months.  I especially apologize and feel terrible for my comments if you are under 18 years of age.  If that was the case, you should have told me that in the first place and perhaps I would have been kinder.

Have a great day...

NOW FOR THE FEEDBACK FROM PEOPLE WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT!!!

Positive Feedback

"Thank you!  I am always looking for good material and you have it in abundance.  I would be happy to credit your site for anything I use.  I already planned to pass on the address to friends and acquaintances I have in the firearms field.  As a patrol officer I'm frequently asked about gun safety by citizens; now I have another resource to refer them to. Thank you again!!

"Your explanation answered all my questions completely. I will tell my family and friends about your website.  I thank God that He has inspired you to do this work for Him. You and your family will be in my prayers."

"I happened across your page while researching for a safety class (I'm a Safety Engineer & firearm enthusiast), and found your page be well constructed and very informative.  As a multi-discipline firearm instructor, I shall be recommending your web page to my students.  Keep up the good work."

"OUTSTANDING WEB SITE!
Marc, you have assembled one of the best RTKBA web pages on the Net.  You have some fantastic pages and the very best links -- I especially appreciate the "Kids Only" page (I have four children)."

"Thanks for your great work. I just printed out the letter from Australia so I can read it to my kids.  Keep up the great work.

P.S.  It's nice to see good work coming from Massachusetts.  After getting our republic off to such a great start, Massachusetts seems to have become very statist.  I'm glad to see someone trying to tip the scales in the other direction."
Note:  This feedback came from a sitting U.S. Judge.

"Excellent site Marc!!!  Well organized and extremely informative. I am a firearms instructor for a police department and I learned a lot by surfing your page which I also bookmarked. I realize looking at this page that you must have spent many hours and a great deal of effort creating it. Thank you for the hard work!!"

"...I have seen your Web site go from great in the beginning, to downright astounding in its present form. It's easy to use, and loaded with important, accurate, life saving information.  If 10 percent of the gun owning population did half of what you have done, to "save the guns" we would not be in the unenviable position of having to prove that gun control cost lives, not saves them."

"I would just like to take a moment to express my appreciation for all your excellent work at  "Save the Guns."  Your work is very informative and eye opening.  Not everyone has the ability nor the time or insight to do what you do and I just want to thank you personally for a hard task well done."

"Your site has got to be one of the largest and best maintained pro-gun websites I've ever been to.  I learned a few things I didn't know before visiting, and I considered myself to know quite a lot when it came to guns."

"Thanx for the compliment and thanx for a wonderful page. I found it most informing and interesting.  You did a hell of a job.  I hope to see it expand in the future.  Not many writers manage to be as effective as you were in explaining their message."

"I really think you are on the right track in teaching kids gun safety.  The only way to make guns safe is to have the people who handle them fully trained in safety."

"I've had your site as one of my favorites for a long time... please keep up the good work. Grassroots folks like you are an integral part of our right to keep and bear arms."

"I think that what you are doing for society with this site is tremendous. I hope that many people can use the information in it to better themselves as far as safety goes. The tragedies that occur in our world due to ignorance must be stopped. Keep up the good work..."

"WOW! Just what this Country needs. What a piece of work you have here.. I'm not sure where to start, but I will thank you for these great pages of information, and your willingness to fight for "All Americans Rights and Freedoms".  I have passed this web page on to my friend and family and will be visiting often for more ideas and more work to RETURN FREEDOM to this Country."

By the way, your site is very nice and organized.  I just used it to get some information on the Kentucky State Rifle and Pistol Association for one of my friends down there. Keep up the good work!

Great resource for those like me that  just bought a firearm and are educating themselves about everything guns. Thanks.

"Also, let me here say that your website is an absolute Godsend.  Your articles are easy to read by the uninformed public, and really shed truthful light onto the gun-control advocate’s cause.  I try to model my website after yours, and I recommend it to all of my friends.  I even went so far as to “edit” one of my textbooks (I’m a senior in high school) that blatantly edited the meaning of the Second Amendment by crossing out the new text and writing SaveTheGuns.com in the margin. I figure an eye for an eye is fair every now and then.  All I can say is keep up the fantastic work and never let this resource die! Your website is a pillar of light in the dark night brought by the gun control advocates."

It has good info I can use against those who want to remove my right to own a firearm, thank you."

"...I think your web site is great.  I wish more people would think about letting children know gun safety and educate them.  However, there are a lot of parents out there that need to be educated about guns first.  Most of them are the ones raising hell about MORE GUN LAWS..."

"...impressive, it's coming along well."

"Enjoy your page, a credit to Americans and the 2nd Amendment!"
